Backorder & Dynamic Delivery Estimates: We introduced backorder functionality, enabling customers to order out-of-stock items, along with dynamic delivery estimates that adjust based on product availability and customer location.

Product Detail Pages Tailored by Category: Our team developed unique pages for each jewellery category featuring high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and personalized options for rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets.

Dynamic Personalized Text for Jewellery: For customers opting for engravings or personalized messages, we have incorporated a dynamic text feature that would automatically appear on the product page and is included in the order for engraving.

Dynamic Quick Cart with Custom Order Notes: A dynamic quick cart was implemented to enable customers to view their selected products instantly and add custom notes for special requests.

Gift Options Based on Cart Value: We have also integrated a dynamic gifting feature into the checkout process. If the customer’s cart exceeded a set threshold, a complimentary gift option would automatically appear that they could select as part of the order.

Dynamic Estimated Delivery & Tracking: Added feature ability for customers to see real-time estimated delivery dates on product pages that adjusted with stock levels. Order tracking was also integrated into their accounts for up-to-date shipping information.

Custom Enquiry Forms for Ring Sizing: A dynamic enquiry form for ordering a ring sizer was created to allow customers to request a ring sizing kit for a perfect fit before placing their order.

AI Chatbot for Instant Support:Integrated a smart AI bot into the website to offer immediate assistance to customers with any questions they might have about products, orders, or shipping.
